Returns Policy

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Only products sold through The Art Shop, such as reproductions of my art in the form of prints or canvas art, can be returned. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with a clear and acceptable reason for return.  For example:

​

(i) There has been a mistake and the item received was not what the item you ordered;

(ii) There has been a mistake and you ordered the wrong item or size;

(iii) The item arrived damage.

In most circumstances, we will discuss whether it is suitable to exchange your item for another of your choice. However, if you do not want to exchange your item, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
